It is an art and a process of balancing evidence based medicine in combination with individualized care of the patient with open communication with the patient as well as participation of the patient to achieve the best health possible. ON THE ART OF PRACTICE OF MEDICINE:
I believe in a team work approach to patient care. It is important to establish a trusting
rapport between the Patient and the Practitioner. The patient should feel comfortable
asking questions and understanding the treatment approach and goals so that together
we can achieve the best possible medical outcome. Patient accountability is a very
important part of the care plan and helps with the treatment of current problems and
also prevention of future medical problems. I believe in strong communication with my
Supervising Physician as I also work to be an integral part of this medical practice.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your health care.
